Hi team!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our suit fitting and ice cream social today. Thank you again to Kathy Humbert for providing Marble Slab for the team!If you could not make the suit fitting, no worries! See info below.

SUITS & APPAREL:

• Don't sleep on the apparel this season! Sweatshirts are a commodity! DEADLINE TO ORDER APRIL 25 (Tuesday)
• Suit orders due by May 1, but easiest is to go straight to MAC! If your child does not plan to wear the team suit, all black will work.

VOLUNTEERING:

• Volunteer slots are OPEN. Please sign up for no fewer than 4 spots (know that if we don't have any more registrations, this may go up to 5).
• Shrimp only families are required to do 2 slots. If you only have a 6 & under, you may want to go ahead and get signed up for your 2!
• NEW FAMILIES: please do not sign up to volunteer for our first meet. We would like you to see how the meets run first.
• WE HAVE ONE SPOT for an audio person. This will be the easiest volunteer position for the person willing to take it & will fill your families entire seasons volunteer commitments. If you are interested, respond to this email.
• We are 100% run by volunteers! Thank you for helping us to be sure meets can happen.

MEET DECLARATION:

• Meet declarations are OPEN.
• Please declare YES or NO for each meet on the schedule.
• When making this determination, consider a swim meet like a soccer game. The more players we have, the more successful we can be. Especially in the top division in the city!

REGISTRATION:Is open for another month! Working on a friend or neighbor to join the team? We would love to have them. We are currently at 96 swimmers and 63 families and we would LOVE to grow!
