We have an action packed week. See below for the quick(ish) version of everything you need to know. 

Monday 6/5: Home Meet vs Hunter Oaks

• Arrive at 5pm, warm ups until 530 and meet begins at 6pm
• Heat sheets and Meet Entries by name will be sent by tomorrow morning, we cannot make changes at this time unless emergency. Please check to see if your children are in relays, and be sure not to leave the meet until relays are swum.
• Please carpool, bike, walk- parking is very limited. Once main lot is full, please park on CDD or on KDD (before the stop signs), we cannot park on KDD past stop signs.
• Concessions will have chick fil a sandwiches, nuggets, pizza & various other items. There will also be a sunset slush cart on site.
• Please mark forearms with Event/Heat/Lane (younger swimmers)- I will be onsite tomorrow to help with new families who have not done this before.
• Volunteers should check in by 530. Timer meeting is at 545.
• We have USA Swimming officials running tomorrow nights meet. We are hoping this will keep things moving quickly
• Our team can sit on the side opposite the starting blocks and under the awning. We would love for the kids to stay under the awning for ease of finding them for races. Feel free to bring a folding chair or two, deck seating is limited and standing to watch races is typical.
• THEME for tomorrow night is red white and blue! We have some fun items for kids and parents but feel free to dress the part!

Tuesday 6/6: Regular Practice

Thursday 6/8: Home vs. Weddington

Friday 6/9: Regular Practice

Saturday 6/10: Away vs Foxcroft East

• Please consider away meets the same as home. We need our "players" to compete in all of our "games"! 
• It will be soooo nice to have a cooler morning & 3/7 meets complete after week 1.
• Arrival for this meet is 820am.
