Hi Seahorses! See below for important meet information. The meet should run pretty quickly, it is the smallest meet we have had so far at 164 total swimmers. For reference the Hunter Oaks meet had over 260 swimmers!

Providence Downs SWIMMER ARRIVAL TIME: 8:15am

MEET START TIME: 9:00am

VOLUNTEER CHECK IN: Please check in with Jennifer Wong no later than 820am. **We still need a volunteer to read times to the FXE computer person in the second half! Please let me know if you can do this.

PARKING: Our main entrance off Fairview includes a parking lot that is reserved for Providence Downs. We will have a parking director on duty; tell them you are with Providence Downs. Be careful, Fairview Road around here is a speedway! You can also park on neighborhood streets. There is a footpath from Valencia Terrace near Edenton Road to the club pool. Please respect homeowners and do not park on the grass and make sure your car does not block driveways or street access. When parking on Valencia Terrace, please park only on the side of the street with your car facing Fairview Road. Cars on the opposite side of the street will be subject to towing.

SEATING: Providence Downs will be provided the section on the opposite side of the pool (close to the grassy field) for their team seating. Please bring additional chairs.

POOL: Please tell your swimmers that the deep dive end (area with the diving board), the shallow end and the baby pool are closed during the meet and no one should be in there.

CONCESSIONS: Our concession stand near the pavilion will serve breakfast snacks, muffins, noodles and a variety of chips, juice, water, candies, etc.

FOOD TRUCK ALERT: Hiphop Smoothies will be ready to serve by 8:00am
