Hi everyone! It is not a summer swim season without a few storm chances!

We know nothing until storms happen. We will do our best to send communication out VIA EMAIL as needed. Please try to check email before texting board members. 

• IF it is storming when you would normally leave for the pool for warm ups, please stay home and wait for further information.
• IF it begins storming when we are on the pool deck, we cannot go inside clubhouse or under awning, please head back to car.
• PLAN on driving if conditions look iffy, bikes and golf carts may not be the best idea depending on how things pan out.

WHAT IF...

...it is storming right at 6pm? The league reps from each team will determine a game plan. We may still start late if storms move quickly. Rules prohibit us from waiting too long.

...it starts storming once we have started? Our goal is always to complete the meet on the night it is scheduled. If we are through event 42 (End of IM) we can call the meet without rescheduling.

...meet cannot happen? Meet will be rescheduled to an agreed upon date with each team rep and coaches.

Keep in mind, we cannot control storms! We will do our absolute best to make decisions that positively impact every family and get information out in a timely manor.

As of right now, we will see you at 5pm!
