All Stars: Entries + Meet Info

Parents,

  • We are still missing two volunteers! Thank you for considering.
  • Please read through the below and be sure to chat with your kids! Let me know if you have questions.
  • Entries are attached. If you see a relay and your child is listed as #5/6/7/8, this is an alternate position. 5 is the 1st volunteer! You may also see ALT listed next to individual events. If your child is an alternate only, they should still plan to attend the meet & warm up with the team.
  • Please arrive no later than 11am. Once warm ups begin, we will begin putting in alternates for any no shows.
  • Rock Hill Aquatic Center: 325 Rawlinson Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732

Please be aware of the following meet Guidelines:

  • NO PARENTS ON DECK. No exceptions. Parents are not allowed into the swimmer deck space for ANY reason - not to help set up, not to ‘collect’ their child at the end of the meet. If you need your child during the meet, you are to contact your team’s parent volunteer who will assist in getting your swimmer to you. This is a Rock Hill Aquatic Center Policy that we are obligated to follow.
  • Shoes required - Swimmers must have shoes/slides to leave the swimmer deck space (and not be dripping wet) to enter the lobby and parent seating area. This is a Rock Hill Aquatic Center Policy that we are obligated to follow.
  • All Volunteers need to sign in at the league table in the hospitality room and receive their deck pass allowing them on deck.
  • Clerk of Course and Seating Areas: All 8 & Under and 9-10 swimmers will report to the Clerk of Course before proceeding to the blocks. 11 & Over swimmers should report to the area behind the blocks directly for their event.
  • Teams/swimmersseating area: swimmers will sit with their team in a designated area on deck. Swimmers are allowed to bring a chair down to their team area. Swimmers are expected to be respectful and keep their team area clean.
  • Team area Volunteers: Three (3) team parents may be assigned to assist your team’s swimmers as parents will not be allowed on deck. The on-deck Team Parents must check in at the GCSL table in the Hospitality room and be signed up through the volunteer link in SwimTopia prior to entering the deck.
  • Parents/Families of swimmers will sit in the bleacher section overlooking the competition pool. The front of this area is glass and will be kept clear of people so viewing is not obstructed. Parents may bring chairs outside the facility; however, no direct view is available from outside. NO chairs or stadium seats are allowed in the bleacher section.
  • Food/Drink/All-Star T-shirts will be available for purchase. Come hungry!!! There will be food trucks, Hog n Dog, King of Fire(pizza) and aloha shaved ice in the front at all sessions, snow cones, lunch and dinner trucks, etc. There will be a concessions table in the lobby, please bring cash. Absolutely no glass containers of any kind are allowed.
