THIS WEEK:

Monday June 17

• No morning practice, coaches available for lessons
• Arrive to Hembstead (by arboretum, not far!) at 520pm sharp

Tuesday June 18

• Normal morning practice

Wednesday June 19

• Normal morning practice

Thursday June 20

• No morning practice, coaches available for lessons
• Arrive to Lawson (a few miles away in Waxhaw!) at 520pm sharp

Friday June 21 

• Normal morning practice, picture day (see below) & fun Friday all in one!

SAVE THE DATE/INFO:

• Division 2/3 quick note: We still have some chances to win meets this season and stay in D2. The top team in each division moves up each season and the bottom team moves down. We are currently in the sweet spot in D2 with only 2 teams who are further into South Charlotte. D3 is all South Charlotte/South Park. We need as many swimmers as possible and our best foot forward for the last 3 meets. ***If this changes your decision on attending Hembstead or any other meets, please reach out ASAP. We have board members willing to drive children who's parents prefer not to attend away meets.

Please arrive no later than 910am for the Team Picture. This year the board has decided to gift the team picture to each family on the team, so be sure your swimmer is there!

• All Star practices for those selected will take place 6/26, 6/27, 6/28 & 6/29. 830-930am 10&under, 930-1030am for 11+. Saturday 6/29 will be a combined all star team practice from 930-1030am. 

• DONATION NEED: We are currently out of movie theater boxed candy. If you did not donate to our original concessions all call, or are feeling extra generous, please bring 8 movie theater box candy to practice this week! THANK YOU!

• VOLUNTEERING: please be sure your family has completed or is signed up for their 4 slots. If you have already completed, please leave open slots for families who have not. Please remember all star eligibility rides on volunteering being complete.
