Team,

We finished the season with the All Star Meet today & it was a success! We ended up 7th overall- but VERY close to being in 4th/5th place! 

Congratulations to the 13-14 and 15-18 girls who won BOTH relays! To the 13-14 boys for placing 3rd in the freestyle relay and to Avery Vassil for winning all 3 of her individual events. Aiden Lee had an incredible win in the IM & Emma Lankford in Breastroke. Sarah O’Dell, Ansley Jones, Matthew Lukacs, Luke Superak, Griffin Taggart, Jeffrey Meaney and Mady Wong all had top 5 finishes. We had tons of noteworthy swims and results are attached for a little light reading :)

We also had a lot of brand new to All Stars swimmers who made it to the blocks with zero issues and swam with lots of noise, pressure & fanfare. Everyone should feel proud and we hope swimmers will continue to set goals to make it to this meet next season.

A few things:

*remaining banquet awards will be on my side porch through 7/7. 8821 KDD

*All Stars ribbons and medals will be on my side porch in the next day or two, I’ll send a seperate email with that info. 
*Swim clinics begin the week of July 8 with Avery Vassil & Emma Lee. Space is limited! 
*If interested in swimming ‘year round’ - whether it be lessons or more, feel free to reach out with questions. There are plenty of options in the area and many can work with other sports!
