Week of 5/26 Priorities:

• NO practice Monday 5/26 due to Memorial Day Holiday
• NO practice Tuesday 5/27 due to high of 59 degrees & rain
• Practice Wednesday: We will monitor pool temperatures, please have kids wear running shoes & athletic clothes over suit for every practice this week (they will warm up on deck whether they get in the pool or not!)
• Wednesday Schedule: 
  • 4-430pm 6 & under
  • 430-515 7-10,
  • 515 Team Picture
  • 530-630 11+
  • 615 Parent Meeting
• Bring concessions donations, we are missing 27 families donations! our first meet is in one week please bring ASAP. Message for address to drop before Wednesday practice
• Sign up for volunteer shifts for Monday June 2
• Please RSVP either way for the Monday June 2 swim meet
• Sign up for free Saturday Swim clinics

**bring goggles, swim cap (I have extra) & towel for practice. 6&under swimmers must have a parent/guardian on deck for duration of practice

**team Tshirts, caps etc will be here early June. If you signed up after May 1, we will do our best to make sure your child has a Tshirt.

May 30: Cutoff for 6 & unders to swim one full lap independently

June 2: First Swim Meet!

Don’t forget to sign up on the website for your volunteer shifts! A shift is half of one swim meet. RSVP for each swim meet + volunteer sign up is under "season calendar & signups"

June 9: First Morning Practice Begins

• 8:00–8:30 AM: Ages 6 & under
• 8:30–9:30 AM: Ages 7–10
• 9:30–10:30 AM: Ages 11+

Please attend the practice for your age group. Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory.

Need a Swimsuit?

If you haven’t purchased your team suit yet, call SwimMAC and mention your team. Suits are under $30 and will last all season! 704-846-5335

Concessions Donations

Please sign up using the link below—one donation item per swimmer. Bring to the clubhouse any night during the first week of practice. We welcome all extra donations!

Free Saturday Swim Clinics

Space is limited! Please see requirements in the sign up. Please only register if you’re confident you can attend. **Coaches are not in the water for clinics. Please be sure children can swim at least on lap independently.
