Arrival & Warm-Up Schedule

• Home Team Arrive by: 5:05 PM for warm up
• Pool cleared by: 5:55 PM
• Meet begins: Event 1, Heat 1 will start promptly by 6:00 PM
• Swimmers should wear their team shirt (if they have it), team suit (or plain black), googles & their new swim cap. ALL swimmers should wear a swim cap!
• If you have not picked up your apparel bag, this can be done at 5pm.

Officials & Timers

• We are using USA Swimming certified starter and stroke & turn officials, so no volunteers are needed for those roles. This ensures a fast, efficient meet and valuable feedback for our swimmers!
• Timer Meeting: 5:45 PM by the main entrance.

Parking & Gate Access

• Residents: Please walk, bike, scooter, carpool, or use golf carts if possible. Golf carts should park in the grass to the right of the clubhouse. Please do not take a parking space with a golf cart if possible.
• Residents & Friends from other sections or Oldenburg: Please consider parking at the soccer field and walking the trail!
• Do not park on the narrow section of Kentucky Derby past the four-way stop.
  • Use wide sections of Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs
  • Park on one side only to allow for emergency vehicle access.

  • Please do not arrive before 5:00 PM

Concessions

Located under the awning on the home team side. We accept cash or Venmo (@PDswimteam) Please consider purchasing dinner at the pool tomorrow evening to support the team!

Offerings include:

• Chick-fil-A sandwiches, nuggets & cool wraps
• Water, soda, Gatorade
• Chips & candy
• Extra girls/womens Seahorses tshirts for $5

Pool & Clerk of Course Details

• Our pool has 6 lanes, 25 meters in length.
• Diving takes place at the 5-ft deep end only.
• Younger relay swimmers will start in the water at the shallow end.
• Clerk of Course/Seating:
  • Home team: Under the awning
  • Away team: Far side of the pool
  • We run separate clerk of course for each team
• Restrooms: Located on the away team side.
