🕒 Arrival & Warm-Up Schedule

• Home Team Arrive by 510 PM
• Home team warm-up 515 PM
• Meet begins promptly @ 6 PM

🏊 Officials & Timers

• Timer meeting @ 545 PM by entrance. All volunteers please check in with Bob Reese prior to the meeting!

🚗 Parking & Gate Access

• Do not park on the narrow section of Kentucky Derby past the four-way stop.
  • Use wide sections of Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs
  • Park on one side only to allow for emergency vehicle access.
  • Please do not create parking spots in our main lot/block handicapped cars from getting out
  • Please do not arrive before 5 PM

🍴 Concessions

Located under the awning on the home team side. We accept cash or Venmo (@PDswimteam)

Offerings include:

• Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches, Nuggets & Cool Wraps
• Pizza
• Water, Soda, Gatorade
• Chips & candy
