End-of-Season Banquet Info:

Please find Amy Utt, our social chair, inside the front entrance of the clubhouse to grab your family’s pizza tickets. Tickets will be handed out based on RSVP, one pizza per person.

This is our first year trying a food truck—thanks for hanging in there with us as we hope it runs smoothly!

Pizza Ordering Schedule

Pick a time slot based on the age of one swimmer in your family & order for everyone at that time- must have a ticket :

• 5:30–5:40 – Ages 6 & under + Coaches
• 5:40–5:50 – Ages 7–8
• 5:50–6:10 – Ages 9–10
• 6:10–6:20 – Ages 11–12
• 6:20–6:30 – Age 13 & up
• 6:30–7:15 – Anyone who missed their original ordering time slot

Banquet Timeline

• 5:30–6:30 PM – Eat & swim
• 6:30–7:00 PM – Awards
• 7:00–7:30/8:00 PM – Swim & dessert
