Arrival & Warm-Up Schedule

• Home team arrival to pool deck: no later than 5:20 PM
• Our team sits under the awning, limited chairs available
• Home team warm-up: 5:25 PM
• Meet begins:Event 1, Heat 1 will start promptly at 6:00 PM
• Please mark your childs arm prior to arrival (see attached example, only write what's in the box based on the entry list attached)

Officials & Timers

• Timer & Official Meeting: 5:50 PM by the main entrance.
• We are still needing several volunteers for PD in order to hold tonight's meet.

Parking 

• Do not park on the narrow section of Kentucky Derby past the four-way stop (directly outside of the clubhouse or past the clubhouse entrance, there will be signs)
• Use wide sections of Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs which lead to the clubhouse
• We highly recommend carpooling
• Park on one side only of main roads to allow for emergency vehicle access
• Please read all signage on where to avoid parking
• Can park at soccer fields and walk the back trail!

Concessions

Located under the awning on the home team side.We accept Cash or Venmo (@PDswimteam).

Offerings include:

• Chick-fil-A sandwiches, cool wraps & nuggets
• Water, soda, Gatorade
• Chips & candy
• King of Pops will also be onsite & donating a portion of sales back to our team!
