Tough loss tonight but great swimming! Results are attached.

I loved a conversation I heard one of our 15-18 boys, Dylan, having with a few younger swimmers this evening. He shared that swimming is very much a competition with oneself...which is the truth! Pushing for best times, nailing a finish or turn, having a really great start...these are all things our kids are doing a great job focusing on. Self improvement and not so much emphasis on winning (even though winning is fun too!)

Tomorrow morning...regular practice times + fun Friday! Donuts for the kids!
